South Miami Senior High School

In honor of St. Valentine's Day, we painted wooden hearts and hot glued pictures of our students holding an "I Love You" sign to take home to their parents. In our class, I try to connect art and craft activities to everyday learning. In this activity, I took pictures of the students making their hearts. The pictures will be used to teach and reinforce sequencing skills. We will also use the pictures to promote language and "make connections". The students were very proud of their completed projects and the parents loved it.
